Dress for it
It is important that you wear light fitted and coloured clothes when you go for your run so that your body is able to breathe and cool itself down naturally. Appropriate running shoes should be worn to prevent injury and blisters.
When you wear clothes that are tight, you prevent the body from breathing naturally and dark colours actually absorb the sun's light and heat, meaning that you will be one sweaty and overheated person. Synthetic clothes are best for running.
