An interview with a runner's hero

Where are some of your favourite places to run in KL?

I've just discovered trail running last year in Kinabalu. On the way down, we were running, and I realised, "this is nice!" When got back, I spoke to a few friends and we were hooked. We've tried a few places in KL, it's nice, a really different experience for runners. Bukit Kiara and FRIM in Kepong are really nice places to go for trail running.

I love running around Kinrara, when it comes to roads. The hills around there are a real good challenge.
