What's your running schedule per week like? Do you have a set plan?

Well, in an ideal world (laughs), when there aren't too many demands or constraints from my work, I run six days a week. Mondays to Thursdays, rest on Fridays, then again over the weekend again. I don't push myself too hard on weekdays. It's usually 6-10km of different trainings. Some days I'll focus on speed, some days on intervals, it all depends. On Saturdays, I like to run trails. Sundays are for my road run from Bukit Aman to Hartamas, which is about 20km. So that's what an ideal week for me is.
