If you're new to running and are eager to get started, fitness blog Fitsugar shared this week five quick and easy goals to get you started on short runs, slowly building up to longer ones.

1) The first hill takes only 20 minutes

Set a time and run without stopping. If you've never tried running in your life, that could mean you jog slowly for one minute. Or if you've been running for a few weeks, you can aim for 15 or 20 minutes without stopping.
