Whether you play competitively, or on the weekends with friend or just a casual gym goer, sports injuries are inevitable. Many people don’t warm up or cool down before and after exercise and some people simple over exert themselves, both of which can cause harm. Depending on the activity, the severity of such injuries can range from minor to very serious. Some of these injuries are caused by accidents, while others may result from poor training practices, flawed technique, or improper equipment. We look at some common injuries and some tips on how to prevent them.
