So what’s it like having a free pass to roam Formula 1 pit garages on race day? MSN’s Diwa Tharan grabs her camera, and goes to find out.
There really isn't a better circuit in the world, or a better time in the world for a pit-walk than at the Malaysian GP on race day Sunday. There isn't a more carnival-esque experience on any other grid in the world.
Yes, the heat is tremendous and mostly unbearable, but enduring it a little reveals that those Ferrari cars you thought were pure red, look a little more orange than usual. And who's that? Hollywood's Adrian Brody and Owen Wilson snapping photos just like you are? Fernando Morientes and Fabio Cannavaro sneaking off for tea?
There really is so much that we don't ordinarily get to see on television that actually happens on Sunday before a race. MSN's very own Diwa Tharan sought to find out, and in turn shared with us what the experience was all about.
Camera in hand and paddock passes at the ready, Diwa went to see what the fuss was all about.
