Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg at KLCC
If you haven't already caught the bug and bought the t-shirt, Formula 1 is once again back in town this weekend for the 2012 Malaysian GP.
The circus of motorsport merriment began making its way over our borders early this week with teams, drivers and personnel making the quick trip over right after the Australian GP in Melbourne last weekend.
However, today (Friday, 23 March, 2012) marks the first of three days which will see Formula One cars roaring around the Sepang International Circuit. So what has everyone been up to since then?
Personally, I get asked this quite a bit. "What does Lewis eat when he's at the Hilton?", "Who does Alonso call right after he's landed in KL?", "What flavours of ice-cream does Kimi have when he's here?". Most of these questions have answers for sure, but none of which I can tell you anytime soon enough to appease.
It's quite an exciting time to be an F1 journalist with a passion for the sport, so keeping up with all the activities in town is first and foremost going to shatter your typical working schedule. Secondly, you've got to prepare for the sheer joy of having your world turned upside down by fast cars and faster drivers. As a fan of the sport, it really is a weekend to remember all year long.
So let's take a look at what Formula 1 has been up to around the city before it turns its sights on the racing this Saturday and Sunday.
