Not many athletes set their homes on fire, much less through the use of fireworks. Though Balotelli insists that his friends were responsible for the blaze, there's no getting away from the fact that it was on his house and on his watch.

His form is great but, has he got the strength to overcome a dip in his performance in the future.
It is without doubt that his for will fade from time to time.
Time will tell if he is truly a great player.
