Not every hero at the 2012 Olympics has won a gold medal. Here are some people who may not have picked up a gold, but we think deserve one anyways.

Bert Le Clos
Because the father of South African gold medal-winning swimmer Chad Le Clos might just have been the happiest man at the games - and quickly became an internet sensation after a giddily joyful interview with the BBC went viral online. "Unbelievable! Unbelievable!" shouted Bert. "Look at him, he's beautiful... I have never been so happy in my life!" And a star was born.
