The Riverbank Arena will have a unique feel about it for London 2012 as for the first time in Olympic history, the hockey pitches used will be blue instead of green, while the sidelines will be pink so that the whole venue matches the colours of the 2012 Games logo. The venue, which will host the men's and women's hockey tournaments, has two pitches, one with 16,000 seats for the competition games and one as a warm-up area. The venue will be moved after the Games to the north of the Olympic Park and form part of a group of facilities called Eton Manor, with 3,000 of the seats remaining in place.
